This post is dedicated to one very special lady: mi madre.
I still question how she does it…you know, complete 26.2 miles without training. Yes, you heard me right. 26.2 miles with her only training being the spinning classes that she’s addicted to. While I don’t recommend that anyone ever run a marathon without training, I do still want to congratulate my mom for being a secret athlete, having amazing endurance genes, and a great finish at the Nike Women’s Marathon in the pouring rain. Lola and I were so happy to see you cross the finish line.
Now wear that Tiffany’s necklace proudly.
Love you, Mom!
I love you sooooooooooo much Page. You suprised me at the finish line and spoiled me the whole weekend.
I can do it because your my inspiration.
I don’t break any land speed records lol
I just want to finish alive
P.S. Next time please don’t park 14 blocks
From the finish line. Ouch! Lolololol
Oh my gosh – the two of you! Martha – this is amazing! Congratulations!
