Two days, 48 hours, 2,880 mintues…that’s all I have left until I am doing nothing but running on the beach, drinking one too many margaritas and dancing the nights away with my best friends. You heard me right…it’s VACATION TIME!
Throughout the year I’m lucky enough to get to go on little weekend adventures and take a day or two off here and there, but a full 10 days of vacation?! That only comes around once a year and that time is NOW! Off to San Jose Del Cabo we go (that’s just 20 minutes outside of Cabo)!
I’m going to do my best to stick to my training plan, but given I’m still on the mends from the sickness from hell, I have modified it a bit as I know that R&R will take priority over grueling workouts. Yes, I’ll be doing a little bit of this:

Also, some of you were concerned about my diet of DayQuil this week. Don’t worry! I still ate, but had no appetite. However, yesterday my appetite finally came back STRONG and I had a mad craving for In ‘N Out. Thus, I begged the fiance to take me so I could scarf down a grilled cheese. What…you didn’t know In ‘N Out had grilled cheese? Yes, it’s a cheeseburger without the burger…make sure to ask for no sauce and grilled onions. YOU WILL DIE IN IN ‘N OUT HEAVEN!

Jealous! I was just talking to Mr. C saying we need to go to Mexico. I leave for Vegas tomorrow though, so I can’t complain too much. Have fun and have many margaritas…my treat.
Have fun in Cabo! I’ve been sick as well the past couple days, and I’ve been taking dayquil and nyquil regularly. Yesterday I had what seemed like a bizarre out of body experience, which I think was related to nyquil. I was light headed, my heart rate was going through the roof, and it seemed like my body was living outside of my actual physical body. Just a bizarre and scary experience. Hopefully you haven’t had any of those symptoms, I’m not going to take dayquil or nyquil anymore =)
Did you know the reason you probably didnt have an appetite is because cold medicane has appetite suppressents in it. i guess thats one plus to being sick??
