I heard a rumor that the Boston packets were supposed to arrive yesterday and I was anxious to add a photo to this week’s Friday Favs…but alas, the mailbox didn’t birth such greatness just yet. With Chicken Face gone for work, this week’s favs obviously center around flowers, food and my furry friend Lola. Can you blame me?
Kate Moss ain’t got nothin’ on Lola…look at those legs!
Surprise housewarming cheese from my dear friend, Alexia. Such a lovely surprise!
Deal alert! This wine is simple, delicious and only $5 at Safeway.
Doesn’t hurt to sip it from my favorite race glass either.
The type-A in me demands that all of my hangers be the same color and I hang all of my race shirts. Who does that?!
Another unhealthy Safeway addiction: cheesy jalapeno bread. Microwave for nine second and you’re in heaven.
The orchids at Costco right now are simply stunning. For $12.99 (including a great pot), I couldn’t resist.
We’re off to a weekend full of wedding activities – have a great weekend and happy running!
Have fun this weekend with wedding stuff! Ill be sure to post about the wedding bands once we decide. I think I am going for something with diamonds in the band – I looked at the ones on Blue Nile but I don’t know if I want to order one because what if I don’t like it!
HAHA I want Lola’s legs!! Kate Moss would be SO jealous! 😛
Clearly I am the furthest thing from Type A…my race shirts lie the crumpled pile that makes up my nightwear stuff and I don’t think I have two hangers that match!! 😛
Have a GREAT weekend with all your wedding stuff!! 😀
I hang all my race shirts. In my tiny closet, I’m such a weirdo.
Also, I want to eat that cheese. that is all.
Lola is the cutest little dog ever!! Too precious. I do not hang my race shirts they go in a basket with all my running gear. I do have all the same hangers in my closet though!
That cheesy bread…YUM. Have a great weekend!
Haha! I totally have all matching hangers too! Lola sure is one pretty girl!
I’m honored to be in your Friday Favs! So glad the cheese was a hit! I’m headed to Costco this weekend will be on the lookout for that orchid and I’m adoring your Type A-edness with thos shirts and hangers. xox
that cheesey bread sounds amazing!!! and i also have to have all my hangers match 🙂
but old race shirts are just shoved in a drawer…if i’m running in it, i let myself get away with no folding or hanging!
Love the Lola pic. That orchid is beautiful!
Found you through the Redhead and now looking forward to getting my sweat on with the Nike Training Club tonight! I can’t wait to keep reading your blog. It’s FANTASTIC! Have a great weekend!
My packet came today! But I had it sent to my parents’ house so I can’t get it until tomorrow 🙁
enjoy your weekend!
I know about the Type A/closet obsession. My closet has to be organized by color. All blacks together and so forth. Also, that cheesy jalepeno bread looks divine!
Oh that bread does look delicious! Yum!
Ha! I’m a total type A and also hang all my race shirts. They have a special bar in my closet below my every day clothes! I watched that movie before my first marathon, and it totally inspired me!
