Sweating through 31.5 miles, three BBG workouts, and two FlyWheel classes thanks to ClassPass’s $19 two week trial. The highlight of the entire week was running a 10-miler in the Livermore heat with my good friend Caitlin. She’s back from an amazing three-month adventure in Europe and instilling a serious case of wanderlust in me. Travel blogging is looking pretty good these days.
Eating burrito bowls for seven days in a row. You read that right. On Monday, we made a big batch of burrito “fixings” and somehow they lasted all week. I blame it on the secret ingredient: an industrial sized Cholula.
Wearing new running shoes! Or more specifically, Brooks Ravennas. It’s a lightweight stability shoe that fits wider feet.
Writing, well, more like Bitmoji-ing. I finally bit the Bitmoji bullet because of the Snapchat integration and have been a little too obsessed with it. Consider yourself warned.
Reading Hilary Clinton’s husband wore a fetching pantsuit to honor her nomination for US president. Hilarious. Sexism is alive and well people!
