“Do you grind your teeth?” The dentist asked.
“Um, I don’t know.” I reply.
“Your teeth are showing some serious wear. We see this in people who are stressed or people who are active a lot.”
I’ll pretend like it’s the latter of that statement. I have no huge life decisions that are currently weighing on my mind. Nope. None. Nada. Not At All. I have no idea what you are talking about. Why are you staring at me? Stop judging me! I don’t know what to do. AHHHHHHHHHHH.
That about sums up last week, but in case you want some other things to mull over. Here goes…
Sweating through 37.8 miles and three BBG workouts. This week also included my first-ever Mt. Tam summit with Alyssa (more on that later) and a much-needed catch-up run with the super speedy Jess. My heart is full when I get to experience new running adventures and be with friends I haven’t seen in far too long.
Eating homemade french toast bagels. Making homemade bread usually leaves me with an inflated ego, but this time, I learned a humble lesson on how to love my fugly little babies.
Wearing KALE. I’ll admit, this is purely inspired by Queen Bey.
Writing my first LinkedIn Speaker Series corporate blog post. It’s an dense topic, but an important one.
Reading 16 Thoughts on the 2016 Couch Olympics. “Hopefully after mingling with people of the world, Americans will come home with the secret to using chip credit cards.” My thoughts, exactly.
Living for this week of running. I’m all jacked up on Olympic motivation.
Happy Running!
Alongside iOS 10, users can create a new vibration for use in both older devices’ linear actuator, and on the new Taptic Engine.
I switched to Disqus commenting the day I wrote this post, so half of the comments were on Disqus and half on blogger. When I just switched to Intense Debate, I lost the Disqus ones from this post. So I went in my email, and found the comment notifications to repost them in the comments here. I start each comment with the name of the person who left it.Thank you so much for all of your comments! This was a hard post to write, and everyone really made me feel hopeful and not as loser-like as I did when I wrote it! 🙂
