Do you want the good news or the bad news first?
What’s that? I can’t hear you.
Oh well, we’ll go with the good news…
It’s that time of year where the sun rises early, it’s not too hot for a mid-morning run, and all of the endorphins from the increase in vitamin D are motivation enough to get outside and run.
The not so good news is that at 34 weeks pregnant, the giant beachball that has decided to attach itself to my mid-section is killing my running vibe. If I get out once or twice a week for three miles, it’s a huge win. Good thing I love that kid so much already, because I’ve become a human punching bag and will still happily put running on pause for him.
